Elisa is the General Manager for Mister Sparky Electric in Little Rock. She has over 25 years in the industry and loves meeting new and talking to customers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

With over 40 years of experience in the electrical trade, Dennis is a seasoned Master Electrician who excels at designing the best solutions for his customers' electrical needs. As a second-generation electrician, you could say that working with electricity is in his blood.

When he's not on the job, Dennis enjoys spending quality time with his grandkids on the lake, as well as indulging in his favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing, and playing golf. His dedication to his craft and love for his family make him a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Erica is a versatile member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she wears many hats, including handling client care needs with a smile. As the Administrative Assistant, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, chasing her chickens around, and baking homemade bread. Her warm personality and dedication make her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients she serves.

Erin Elise is the Relationship Manager at Mister Sparky Electric, where she plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly for both customers and team members. With years of experience, she also oversees the company's training program, fostering the development of her team. Erin's journey began in marketing at Mister Sparky, and she later earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching, leading to a rewarding career as a 2nd-grade teacher.

Outside of work, Erin's world revolves around her daughter, Caroline, whom she supports in all her practices and performances. She has a love for the outdoors, enjoys road trips in her Jeep, Iris, and channels her creativity through various art forms. An avid reader with a wide-ranging taste in music, Erin also finds joy in stargazing and indulging in her favorite food, sushi. Her motivation at work comes from helping others grow, and her commitment to both her family and her job makes her an invaluable asset to the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Tristan Craig Boyd is a dedicated Journeyman Electrician with 8 years of experience at Mister Sparky Electric. His journey began as a grocery sacker in high school, followed by roles in in-ground swimming pool construction, rental property maintenance, and lawn/landscaping before finding his true passion in the electrical field. With experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, Tristan has a comprehensive skill set that allows him to tackle any electrical issue, from a flickering light to complex power plant shutdowns.

A Cabot High School graduate, Tristan pursued further education at Arkansas Tech University for two years before diving into four years of electrical school and on-the-job training, earning his commercial, industrial, and residential licenses. His passion lies in the details, and he prefers working directly with homeowners, helping them feel more comfortable and secure in their homes.

When Tristan isn't at work, his life is full with his young children, whom he adores spending time with. He also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including golfing, swimming, hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling. His favorite food is his grandpa’s beef tenderloin, a Christmas tradition he looks forward to each year. A fan of Forrest Gump, Tristan also loves listening to all kinds of music, especially country, with Turnpike Troubadours being his favorite band.

At home, Tristan’s heart is full with his four dogs: Doug, a Lab/Chesapeake mix; Lilly, a Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd mix; Rosie, a Golden Retriever; and Sophie, a Yorkie.

What motivates Tristan at work is the desire to give his children a great life and to make his customers' homes safer and happier. He takes pride in the level of detail he brings to every job, and nothing makes him happier than seeing a customer recognize and appreciate his work. The only downside to his job is working in the heat, but his passion for helping others keeps him going strong.

Tristan is a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where he continues to bring his expertise, dedication, and care to every project he undertakes.

With 18 years of experience as an Electrician, Sam Engle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mister Sparky Electric. Before joining the team, Sam owned his own electrical business in Pennsylvania and worked in maintenance at a window factory. He holds a two-year degree from Triangle Tech in electrical studies, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in all aspects of electrical work and carpentry.

Outside of his professional life, Sam enjoys woodworking and hunting, with a particular passion for creating projects in his workshop. He's a fan of lasagna, loves watching Star Trek, and enjoys reading anything by Stephen King. His musical tastes lean towards 80’s rock.

At home, Sam is surrounded by his four teacup Yorkies: Grace, Jasmine, Shelby, and Macy. What motivates Sam at work is his drive to be a top performer in both sales and service, and he finds great satisfaction in helping customers. While paperwork is his least favorite part of the job, Sam's dedication and commitment to excellence shine through in everything he does.

Tyger has been a Journeyman Electrician with Mister Sparky Electric for a year and a half, bringing a diverse background of experience to the team. With 8 years of experience in the hospital sector and 5 years in commercial electrical work, Tyger has developed a well-rounded skill set that he applies daily to his work.

Though his educational journey began with a focus on wildlife biology, Tyger’s passion for the electrical trade has driven his career forward. His deep commitment to ensuring every customer is well taken care of is evident in the quality of his work and his dedication to finding solutions to any electrical issue.

Outside of work, Tyger is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature, which reflects his love for outdoor shows and nature documentaries. When he’s not enjoying the great outdoors, Tyger likes to unwind with a slice of pizza and a good mix of music from various genres. His favorite book is the Bible, which serves as a source of inspiration and guidance in his life.

Tyger's motivation at work stems from his desire to help customers and make a positive impact. What he enjoys most about his job is the satisfaction of resolving any situation a customer may face, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable. If there’s one thing he misses while working, it’s having more time for hunting and fishing—activities he wishes could be part of the job too!

Charlie is a retired Master Plumber who brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Mister Sparky Electric team. As our Warehouse Manager, Charlie ensures that our electricians have everything they need to keep their trucks fully stocked and ready for every job. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency make him an invaluable asset to our operations.

Charlie is truly the rock here at Mister Sparky. His reliability and work ethic are second to none, and his friendly demeanor makes him a beloved member of our team.

When he's not working, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. His passion for both his work and personal life reflects the values we uphold at Mister Sparky Electric.

Jennifer Gaines is a valued member of  the Mister Sparky Electric team, stepping into her role as a Lead Customer Care Representative with a broad background in various fields. Jennifer’s prior experience includes roles as an HR Operations Coordinator, Team Lead, Office Administrator, and Air Transportation Specialist in the USAF.

Her expertise in human resources and customer service equips her well to manage customer interactions and support. Jennifer is deeply motivated by her desire to help others, which she finds to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.

Outside of work, Jennifer treasures spending time with her family. Her children who still live at home, William and Kylee, keep her busy. She delights in seeing her grandson, Grant, every day, as well as her adult son, Drew, and his wife, Tristen. Her dog, Abby, is also a cherished companion.

Jennifer’s commitment to assisting others and her positive attitude make her a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she continues to contribute to creating a supportive and efficient customer experience.

Ayden joined the Mister Sparky Electric team in October of 2024.  He is looking forward to a rewarding career as an electrician.

Andre joined the Mister Sparky Electric team in the Fall of 2024.  He is looking forward to a rewarding career as an electrician.

Luke recently joined the Mister Sparky Team in January of 2025.  He is looking forward to a rewarding career in the Electrical Industry.

Bryan recently returned to the Mister Sparky Team.  He has over 15 years experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician and Certified Generac Technician.  Bryan has seen about every problem that your homes electrical system or generator could have and is ready to repair them as needed.  When not working Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
