I had issues with my Hot Tube with it keep cutting off so I called Mr. Sparky and they send out one of the Most Kind and Professional Gentleman Scottie and my apologies for not remembering the other Gentlemen name. They came on time spend all Day doing there Job and the whole time was professional and very Great Men had great conversations with them. And I have recommended Mr Sparky to my Mom and for her to request Scottie and his coworker and as well as Family and Friends. They did a wonderful job gave us grand service and got us the best options for us to get it done.

They were able to get me in same day and even gave me an ETA as well as a picture of the technician which is very convenient and to mention comforting to put a picture to a face on who will be coming out. The technician Sam Engle was very professional and honest with his approach. Because of his honestly and transparency it prompt me to sign up for the club membership which has many perks and benefits. Sam assessed the issue and fixed the problem very promptly. I had some small repairs to light fixtures. Rodney arrived in less than an hour and was freindly and professional. He took the time to answer questions I had about other options to the work I needed. He reviewed the cost of the work I wanted done and emailed me the estimate for other work I want done at a later time to upgrade my electric system. Based on my experience today I will be using them again in the future
Sam and Ayden, excellent team, brains and brawn. Took out the old breaker panel and installed the new one in a timely manner. Sam takes time to explain the why's and what for's. This makes things easier on those of us with little or no electrical knowledge. Would highly recommend and will use again for the next project.
