Cameron is Amazing! From the moment I first met him on the day he quoted me for my Tesla charger, he was so warm and cheerful. He was super easy going and respectful of my space and home. When he arrived today, he greeted me with a cheery “Good morning!” He assured me that it would only take him about 45 minutes to do the install. When he was done, he knocked on my door and had me test out my new charger, It worked great! He let me know that there was a one-year warranty And if we had any problems to give Mr. Sparky a call. When I proceeded to go into the house to get payment, I realize I was locked out of the house. My big dog had jumped on the door inside and hit the lock mechanism and I had no keys and no phone.! Cameron was so nice to allow me to use his phone to make the emergency phone calls To whoever could help me Come unlock my home for me. And of course, while we waited we had a great chat about life. you can tell he’s very genuine and he’s a hard worker. Being a business owner, I would definitely want him on my team. Hes A great example of good energy and wonderful customer service.

The booking process is easy, and they even send you a profile and picture of who to expect which was an unexpected benefit as it is nice to know who is coming. Cam was at my house to do a pretty unique job and he handled it with no problem. Cam has been to my house at least three times now and he's never let me down. His demeanor is great. He's easy to get along with and I trust him in my house. I don't have to watch him at all. I hope you guys are taking care of him financially and rewarding his loyalty and rewarding him for doing a great job. He talks very highly about the ownership and the company and that's a rare thing to have an employee that does not talk trash about their company or their owners. He has nothing but glowing things to say about the owners and the company. So please make sure you're not taking advantage of of him financially and you are rewarding him. Handsomely financially if he hasn't had a raise recently, it's time to get him one. I've owned over 20 companies and I learned some tough lessons by not taking care of your employees, meaning your best employees financially. At some point they have to move on to improve their financial status. So take care of this young man financially
