Excellent service. Tristan and Josh did an amazing job... even completed almost 3 hours sooner than planned. They kept me updated continuously throughout the day. Tristan and Josh were both courteous and professional. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Mr. Sparky. I scheduled the appointment online for next day service and received a phone call the day of the appointment to let me know the technician would be arriving within 10-15 minutes. I also received a text message with the name, work bio and picture of the technician which gave me piece of mind. When Adam Helsdon arrived he made sure to put shoe covers on to avoid tracking dirt into my home. He observed the issues, gave me a no pressure estimate and then went to work. At the end of service he asked some questions regarding my home which lead to me scheduling a free evaluation of my 20 year old hot water heater-something that was not on my radar. Adam called and got me scheduled for the free evaluation the next day. I think Mr. Sparky and the staff who work there provide top-rate service.

The job was done great and they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. It was done faster than expected. They listened to my concerns and answered all of them promptly. They found things that if left unattended could have led to a potential fire.

Excellent work by Matt and Alex today. There was a lot of work to do and they took care of everything. Thank you again for handling all of our electric issues and upgrades!
