Today I was serviced by My Sparky amd it's techs to replace an old main fuse box and run 2 more likes out and recepticals to the porch area... They completed the relative tasks in a short amount of time flawlessly... And we now have all our power back on line... 5 Stars for their excellent service and would recommend them again without hesitation... Carlos and Steve who replaced the panels did a phenomenal job and am overly impressed with their concern and skills to accomplish the tasks.
Our issues were discovered on Friday. Thomas Hillman arrived within hours. A complete upgrade to our 50 year old panel and hook-up was needed to avoid fire risk. Estimate and financing was accomplished by 7pm. Work was scheduled for Sunday. Jonathan (electrical wizard) arrived at promised time and completed the work in a very professional and tidy manner by 6 pm. Everything is good and safe now. Thanks Mr. Sparky.
Thomas came out to our house late at night for an emergency electrical issue at our new house and stayed for 2-3hrs inspecting and explaining everything to us. He was very respectful and fun to talk to! He gave us a wide range of price options that were very reasonable and explained them thoroughly. Luis and kavan came the next day and fixed everything and were very respectful and knowledgeable, answering our questions and conversing with us. Thomas even came back to check on everything and make sure we were happy! We are so relieved knowing our home is now safe! They were also accommodating with payment. Will definitely be using them for all future electrical needs!
I had the pleasure of having Steve and chase from Mister Sparky add three receptacle to both bathrooms, and upgraded our outlets to GFI. They were on time very patient knowledgeable explained what was being conducted. They were very Neat and tidy with the job. Friendly &got the job done in a timely manner.
