Pros: - I liked the speed of which I was able to get on the schedule. - I liked the thoroughness of the inspection from Bradley and the recommendations. - The electricians were knowledgeable, competent and nice overall. - Peace of Mind of getting things done correctly with a guarantee behind the work. Cons: - Prices!!! - It's my belief you are paying 'urgent care' prices for should be a 'doctor visit'. This is my biggest con. Sticker shock. And they try to make it more palatable by showing you a monthly payment plan which doesn't connect well with me. - Sales process - there's a definite incentive to upsell you and there's a bit of fear selling explaining the worst case scenarios. This is going to be fine for some but will be tough for others. My opinion there needs to be a sensitivity to how vulnerable one can be given their situation. Fear selling is effective when one is in very vulnerable situation. - My Motion Detector Receptacles - When Owen replaced all the outlets and switches I would have liked him to have kept my two motion detection switches so I could have re-installed them (I wasn't home when this work was done so came home to that little surprise). I think just recognizing specialty switches like that and asking the homeowner if they want to keep them would be a positive. - No Power to CO monitor or new smoke detector - Owen forgot to connect power to the CO monitor and new smoke detector. Thankfully Gerson had to come back the next day to install the actual detector and caught this and fixed it on the spot. - No follow-up from Bradley - Bradley said he would email me the results of the inspection he did and the good, better, best options. Do you think this happened? No. And I would be it will only happen if this review is read and the response then would be something on the order of "I was getting ready to send that your way". Improvement Idea: - One last comment I'll make is a process improvement. It would be great to have an actual person call and follow-up to find out how the service went. You could then have an opportunity to provide this type of feedback. If someone would ask me if I would go with Mr. Sparky again. I would have to say no. I would certainly love to have someone like Gerson work on my home. But I just can't get over the pricing and the feeling that I paid thousands more than I needed to. Maybe I'm wrong and prices for the work is like this all over but I just have this nagging feeling that I'm left with. Full Review is attached. We had a very serious electrical issue in our home, and Daniel Weaver with Mr. Sparky went above and beyond in every possible way. He quickly identified a major safety concern in our breaker box and immediately began working to make sure it was properly addressed. As a tenant, I’m not always able to authorize repairs directly, but Daniel didn’t just diagnose the problem and leave, he spent hours advocating to ensure the issue was taken seriously and fixed correctly. He remained professional and persistent the entire time. At one point, he easily could have walked away, but instead he continued pushing for a resolution because he was concerned about our safety. He even contacted his supervisor to make sure the proper people were involved so the repairs could move forward. After already putting in a long day, Daniel drove back to the shop for parts and then to Home Depot when additional materials were needed, all so the job could be completed the same night. He stayed well past normal working hours to make sure my kids and I were safe before leaving. He mentioned he’s also a firefighter, and you can absolutely see that mindset in how he approaches his work. This isn’t just a job to him, he genuinely cares about protecting people. Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him. If you need an electrician who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly puts safety first, ask for Daniel.

I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. I would hire this company again for any electrical work. Thank you Luke for what you do. I appreciate you. I high recommend Mister Sparky for all your electrical needs. Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did. Brandon knows his job very well. Thank you Brandon for everything you did for me. I would highly request Brandon for any electrical work you need done. Mr. Matthew he was very professional very knowledgeable very courteous and kind he made me feel like I could trust him, but the prices was just too high for me if I could afford it, I would’ve .

Technician arrived on time, introduced himself, was courteous and began his assessment right away. He was very thorough, did an extensive review of pretty much everything electrical - light switches, outlets, smoke detectors, exhaust fans and the panel in the basement - then provided several layers of quotes to meet my specific needs. At the end of the visit, everything was taken care of that needed immediate attention at this time. Pricing was much lower than other estimates received. Would recommend Brandon, technician with Mr Sparky, hands down for future projects!
