We contacted Mister Sparky for recessed lighting with a dimmer switch in our kitchen and a GFCI outlet installation in the garage. Nick, the technician, called ahead before arriving and introduced himself and his trainee associate, Nate, upon arrival. From the start, both Nick and Nate demonstrated outstanding professionalism. Nick, Curtis, and Ashley did a great job upgrading our old electrical system, in preparation for installing solar panels on our home. They not only did good work, they explained everything they did, completed the work on time and within budget, and they provided a smooth interface with Huntsville Utilities. We had Nick Murray from Mr. Sparky out to give an estimate for wiring up an attic fan install. He called early to let me know he was coming and I received a text. He arrived on time and set right to work checking out what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly gave me an estimate of the work to be done, offered to look at any other issues I might need addressed, and explained that they would email my estimate to me and would be glad to take care of the work should we decide to follow through. This young man is an asset to this company as he conveys the attitude that they’re more interested in obtaining us as customers as opposed to just landing this one job. Good job!
