I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky electrical company. They are one of the best electrical companies I have worked with. The team was respectful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure I fully understood the work being done. I also appreciated that they encouraged me to call back with any questions or concerns in the future. Their commitment to customer service and clear communication made the experience outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical services.
After a power surge caused electrical damage to our home, Mr. Sparky quickly sent Jacob to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. He was responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. The repair team was efficient and completed everything in one day. We’re grateful to Jacob and the team for helping us get back to normal, and we would definitely use Mr. Sparky again for any future electrical work!
Jacob was efficient and knowledgeable. He installed a whole home surge protector with a lifetime warranty. Sparky’s was easy to work with and great communication.
Jacob L. was absolutely fantastic. He went over the safety inspection report with me thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile by not only doing the work but proceeded to show me what he was looking at, explaining up-to-date codes and providing reasoning behind it. Highly would recommend him again!
Mister Sparky recently completed a generator project for me. They also installed a whole home surge protection system. They took care of everything including procuring the right generator for my needs and coordinating with a professional plumber for the natural gas line hook up. The whole team was top notch in providing professional service. I feel confident I can weather any storm now thanks to their help! I will definitely use Mister Sparky in the future for all of my electrical needs.
