I recently had my main breaker switch replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Mister Sparky. From the moment Alex arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Alex even cleaned up the area afterwards and walked me through the new setup to ensure I was comfortable with everything. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical skill with such a great customer service attitude.
