Mister Sparky of Grand Rapids was outstanding to work with. Our dad lives in an old trailer in Michigan with the old fuse style electrical and was having some wiring problems. We live in Tennessee and needed to upgrade the electrical box and pole to current standards. The fear of working with a contractor out of state and worrying about our dad having to deal with the work being done was quickly gone after explaining the situation and having Mister Sparky going through the whole process with us. The job was done cheaper and sooner then other estimates we had got. The electrician, Ed was very professional and was great working with our dad. The office kept us in the loop the whole time with updates. We are DIY people and do a lot of home repairs ourselves because of how thorough we our in our work. I called MR Sparky to my aunts house in grand rapids because she was having issues with her breakers sparking in breaker box. It was an old federal pacific breaker box.(very dangerous) they sent Connor and an apprentice over and they did complete upgrade to electrical inside and out. Very personal and professional.
