Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! This guy is my forever electrician moving forward hands down!!
We have used Mr. Sparky on several different occasions. We had new breakers and wiring installed in our control box and we had to redo the wiring to the outside of the house for the main power to the house. It was done very professionally. The communication of the technicians with the homeowner left nothing in doubt or to be questioned. My wife and I would like to personally thank Tyler, Nate, and Anne For their professional courteous service. Timmy was great to work with! He was able to come out quickly and fix the issue I was having with my breaker without any problems. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and demonstrate what was causing the issue, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend his services and will absolutely contact Mister Sparky for any future issues I have!
I called Mister Sparky in the morning, and Noah arrived at my studio on time at 2:00 PM, and I explained the electrical issues we were experiencing. He thoroughly assessed both the electrical box in the space and the main electrical room, clearly explained what was happening, and answered all of my questions. After speaking with his supervisor, he showed me the estimated cost to fix the issue and then contacted my landlord. Once my landlord approved the work, Noah coordinated with the local utility company (GRU), and Mister Sparky Electric began the permitting process. He initially told me the issue would likely be resolved by the next morning, but he completed everything by 9:00 PM the same day. He even returned to the studio afterward to make sure everything was working properly. Noah was great to work with—professional, hardworking, and reliable. I would absolutely hire Mister Sparky and Noah again for any future electrical issues at my studio or home. 😊
