Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! This guy is my forever electrician moving forward hands down!!
We have used Mr. Sparky on several different occasions. We had new breakers and wiring installed in our control box and we had to redo the wiring to the outside of the house for the main power to the house. It was done very professionally. The communication of the technicians with the homeowner left nothing in doubt or to be questioned. My wife and I would like to personally thank Tyler, Nate, and Anne For their professional courteous service. We Highly recommend these individuals for any electrical problems you may have or need to have done to your home. Thank you.
Tyler and Nate were phenomenal at diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution. They were punctual and detail-oriented. I will try to request them to come back next time I have an issue.
We had to have an after hours service call. The service was amazing. Mr. Cantu was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable and courteous. I love that Mister Sparky sends a text message with a picture of the technician that is going to be sent to your house. Definitely recommend!
