We had an electrical issue at the house this week and sought the services of Mister Sparky. They sent Timothy Tarby to us. He was prompt and extremely courteous. Very efficiently he worked through the diagnostics of the issue and completed the job in just a few minutes. All the while, Timothy was very good at explaining the issues and why he was fixing them the way he did. I appreciate his knowledge and candor. He truly is an asset to the Mister Sparky company. Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! Timmy was great to work with! He was able to come out quickly and fix the issue I was having with my breaker without any problems.
