Carlos C and the Mr. Sparky team provided excellent electrical service for my 1928 home. Carlos arrived within the appointment window and after sending timely reminders. Once on site, he was professional, answered all my questions, and even checked additional outlets I was concerned about. The quote was fair and all work was completed efficiently. While the initial phone experience was professional, I would suggest holding off on the electrical plan pitch until after the home evaluation (which is when I ultimately decided to sign up for the annual breaker box cleaning and annual electrical inspection). Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely use Mr. Sparky for future electrical projects to update my older home’s wiring. Special thanks to Carlos C. for his five star service!

Dustin did another great job in my home. A simple dead out let lead to a bigger problem that neither of us inspected. He troubleshooted the problem thoroughly and never once made me feel pressured to move forward with the next steps. He explained what he was doing and thinking to allow me to understand his thought process and make informed decisions. In the end he found a problem that was very well hidden and close to causing a house fire due to negligence from the previous home owner changing wiring on their own without proper knowledge of the aluminum wiring in the home. They had moved the outlet themselves improperly and completely covered up the previous box with no access, this caused me to have no knowledge of it. I am grateful for his expertise and this is why Mr. Sparky is my preferred choice for electrical needs for over 30 years thanks to the work on my parents home and continued help on my own home.

I lost power in my garage and couldn't find the culprit. Checked all the usual suspects. I needed to call an electrician! I was scared and afraid. We all the know stereotypes. I found Mister Sparky online and crossed my fingers. They were great and able to work me in the following morning. Dustin Moser was the licensed electrician that arrived exactly on time. He was polite and efficient in finding out our problem. Unfortunately, our entire electrical panel needed to be replaced. Yikes. Well, Dustin worked until almost 9pm that night to make sure that mmy family and I had electricity before he left. He did an amazing job and was super polite and professional. Even work booties in my home to keep it clean. Thank you Dustin!

Very impressed with company policies, for example no additional trip charge on weekends! Eric very thorough and knowledgeable; which I had noticed their website sooner! Came back today to hang pendant lights and did an excellent job! Very impressed with the problem solving that occurred to hang these as they were not easy!

Alex came for my annual inspection. Thankfully there wasn't any issues. He brought an exterior outlet up to code and replaced the outdated outlets in my kitchen. Very nice and conscientious young man. Mr. Sparky is excellent at updating arrival and communicating. Easy scheduling. No complaints!
