We are so glad Chris was our service guy today. We knew that we needed a new fire alarm but did not know there were better alarms on the market. And Mr Soarky has a really good fire alarm. We bought six and had them installed. In addition, we purchased surge protectors for our three fuse boxes and both HVAC, outdoor units. It was a big bill compared to what we were anticipating but our electrical system is now fully protected. Thank you, Chris!

I was put at ease by Matthew in what could have been a dangerous situation. His knowledge and expertise impressed me. He explained in elementary terms how my situation came about and how to rectify it. He did not try to up sell me, but he made sure my home was safe before he left.

Had a main breaker box needing relocated and brought up tp code. Austin, from Sparky, said he would stay on the job until power was restored. He completed the job the same day and got power back up. Very professional and hard working.

We used them to install a 60-foot power line for our new electric pool heater, including a trench for the line, and a new load shed module. All work was timely and professional. Everything passed inspections with no issues. Our thanks to Jackie in the office, Ryan the electrician, and Dan, the owner, for their fine work. They also are well respected by the town inspectors. Not everyone is.

Excellent customer service! It is not easy to find a company that stands behind the quality of their work. The general manager himself came out to resolve a minor issue from a previous service call, and took his time to make sure it was done right. Truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Jack came out to our home and was an absolute professional from start to finish. Not only did he install a new outdoor outlet, but he also took the time to address and seal up work where previous electricians had overlooked important details. What really impressed us was his thoughtful, practical advice. He offered excellent recommendations for saving energy and even suggested a solar light for the end of our driveway rather than a more expensive wired solution. He genuinely focused on what would work best for our home and our budget! He also provided a quote for upgrading our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to a fully hardwired system. It initially appeared that my main vanity lighting in my master bath unsuite had stopped working. One quick call to Mr. Sparky and they were able to secure loose wiring and repair the switch. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
