John Waltz and Zach Force are truly the best! I was nervous about having a big job done, but John helped me through everything and the work him, Zach and the crew did blew my mind. They put in a whole new electrical box for my house and installed 2 new lights in my garage. All I can say is wow! Carlos C and the Mr. Sparky team provided excellent electrical service for my 1928 home. Carlos arrived within the appointment window and after sending timely reminders. Once on site, he was professional, answered all my questions, and even checked additional outlets I was concerned about. The quote was fair and all work was completed efficiently. While the initial phone experience was professional, I would suggest holding off on the electrical plan pitch until after the home evaluation (which is when I ultimately decided to sign up for the annual breaker box cleaning and annual electrical inspection).
