We could not be happier with out new Generac generator. Daryl Hamlet Todd Toler are very qualified in a professional manner and answered all our questions and such pleasure to work with. We a very pleased. Job well done. Thank you!
I used Matt, Daryl, and Todd for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for emergency services to my septic system. Matt was quick and did everything to diagnose my issue and explained every step of the process. He was friendly and gave great customer service, and he calmed my anxiety at every turn. He arranged for Daryl and Todd to come first thing the next morning to perform necessary work. They were professional, on time, and FAST. For this type of work, I would have expected it to be much more expensive, but I felt that the prices were very fair. Everyone I interacted with through Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was friendly, professional, provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to service my needs, and they will definitely be my go-to for future needs. Thank you so much!
Todd was at our home to do a home yearly electrical inspection. conducted him self professionally and in a very pleasant manner. He was detailed and thorough. Explained all my questions understandably and well. I would recommend him for any application service that would be listed above. I would.
Daryl was great to work with, knowledgeable, and fixed our issues very fast. Totally recommend that guy to fix anything. This is the second time Mister Sparky has come out and took care of us. Well done!
