⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Thomas at Mister Sparky of Conroe! Thomas came through for me in a major way at the last minute, right before a scheduled photoshoot, and I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and expertise. I was dealing with a bedroom upgrade where a new light fixture had been added, but the wiring setup and wireless receiver weren’t compatible — and time was extremely tight. Thomas quickly assessed the situation, including the attic, breaker box, and wall switches, and laid out clear, practical options that would work immediately so the photoshoot could stay on schedule. His ability to troubleshoot efficiently under pressure was impressive and incredibly reassuring. What really stood out was that he didn’t just “fix the issue and leave.” He took the time to explain what was going on, pointed out potential insulation issues in the attic, and flagged opportunities that could lead to energy efficiency improvements and long-term cost savings. That kind of insight is invaluable and shows he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I can't say enough positive things about Thomas and Mister Sparky. He was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. He did a very big job for us and now we feel safe. We had a severe electrical issue and Thomas did a thorough exam, giving us several options. He then quickly solved the issues and even helped move the furniture back in place. His type of professionalism will make me a repeat customer if we need service.

They were great, definitely a 5/5! I called this morning needing someone to come out to look at the electrical box due to sparks from a breaker. They managed to answer all my questions, give me information I needed regarding coming out to diagnose and fix the issue and they were very kind. Mark was here within the same day. He was very courteous as we are a daycare facility. He tried to work quietly as to not disturb any children at nap. He diagnosed and fixed the issue effectively. He also explained what may have caused the problem and steps to take so it doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

First of all I would like to thank Nick for his professional work and attention to detail. He was very respectful and he respected my home. But let's not forget his helper digging that Trench that took quite a while to do but it was perfect work done. If anybody looking for work should be done the right way and humble respectful workers call Mr Sparky.
