I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Sparky of Columbus, Georgia! Bradley and his helper installed my new ceiling fan, and they did an excellent job. The fan works perfectly, and when it started making a slight squeaky sound at low speed, they stayed until they got it fixed. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction really stood out. I had a couple of projects completed and was pleased with the professionalism and timely service. Our technician on day 1 was Anthony and he was thorough in going through checking our outlets and making repairs as he went. We then asked for a light and a ceiling fan be installed. Because of the electric storm that triggered our initial inspection, we also opted for a whole house surge protector installation. Kevin was the technician who completed the work we had contracted. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all that he did. I would definitely use Mr. Sparky again. I felt confident in how they handled the work and will certainly call them again when I have future needs.
