Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels. I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that. His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well. Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Mr. Sparky is the only electrical company I will ever use. They have the best electricians. Both times they have come out to my home they acted in a personable and professional manner. This time Chris came out to help fix a problem after I got dinged on a 4 point. He called ahead to let me know when he was coming. He showed up with a smile and said “How can I help?” He talked me through the process and let me know that he could take care of the electrical panel in short work. He was a very nice guy and we got to chatting. He plays golf and I told him that my husband does and could use another golf buddy since he retired.
