Today we had Daniel and Matt come out and fix our downed electrical pole. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. I feel comfortable with the work they did on my home and can rest easy knowing that it was all done right (added bonus of the three year warranty isn’t bad either 😅). The whole experience with this company was great and I would definitely recommend them.
Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels. I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that. His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well. Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Go with Mister Sparky.
They are a little pricey but they do exceptional work! They explained what they were doing and why. Hard working crew. Cleaned up after. When the city came to inspect the work the city inspector told me that when Mr. Sparky does work they know it will be done right. I’d 100% recommend Mr. Sparky. Electrical work isn’t something you want to mess with for safety reasons. Very happy customer!
Asyll was our electrician and very smart and helpful in reviewing our solutions moving forward. Lauren came today to install the new outlet and home surge protector! She is efficient and very knowledgeable! She did a great timely job!! I took a photo of the outlet because she had to tie into another electrical resource and she did an impeccable job. The person who’s going to repair my drywall will be very pleased. It was very minimal and easy to patch it!
Nick was an experienced professional who arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about our needs and made us comfortable with our decisions. He had found that we needed a lightning rod as ours had rusted. We needed an upgrade to our circuit breakers and power panel as ours needed an upgrade. He was able to get the supplies and do the job the same day. We have many more projects in the future and we are sure to call on Nick at Mr Sparky again soon.
