Indoor Lighting Installation

From start to finish, we were very happy with our experience. Everything was clearly communicated and quoted, professional, the work was done with excellence, all was cleaned up neatly afterwards, and we appreciated the honesty we received when trying to decide what work needed to be done - what was a priority, what could wait, and what was not needed. In the initial inspection, John found a set of exposed wires that needed to be dealt with, so we approved to add it to the work order, but when it came time to do the actual work, it was discovered that the wires were no longer connected to a power source, so there was actually no issue to be dealt with concerning that. We would have never known the difference, but John was honest, and removed that from the work order, so we wouldn’t have to pay for unneeded work. We will be calling them again for future work, and we would highly recommend them to anybody else.

Great experience going over the external outlet installation and how to best route the wiring from inside the house. He explained all the details of the work and completed in a timely manner. The work was very well done and I was pleased with the results.

John is outstanding! One of the few completely honest contractors of very high integrity and knowledge! He goes above and beyond on every job! Highly recommend. As a certified Koehler technician he performed clean-up work last year when our original installer couldn’t get the generator running— John was our lifesaver and knew exactly what was wrong and performed repairs and got us going. This year’s warranty maintenance was the same!! He even found more issues from the first installer !! Wish we’d have known him from the start! He and Rita are both amazing! Highly recommend and would trust with any electrical work.

Last minute call to the local Mr. Sparky asking for the appointment for today, 4/2/2025. Was given a window of 8:30 AM to 1030 AM for arrival. Got a text that tech was on the way and he arrived a little after 9! The tech, John Tornabene, came in introduced himself and asked what all was going to be done. We pointed out the rooms where the celing light/fan was going to go, where the two pendents were going and where the long light was going. After looking over all the products John got to work. There were a few hick ups along the way and that was due to the use of puck lights and a lot of plastic being used in the construction of the house. John over came it all and finished and left the place better than when he found it. Professional, courteous, friendly and skilled are all good adjectives to describe this man! I'm very pleased with the work done by Mister Sparky. Getting an appointment was easy and the technician, John, was on time and very professional. I had a circuit that had worked for 15 years stopped working (trip the breaker when the switch was turned on). John found that rodents had eaten the insulation off the wires. He showed me pictures and kept me informed the whole time as he replaced the damaged wiring. Definitely will use Mister Sparky for any of my electeical needs in the future!
