Ceiling Fan Installation

I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky! Dante was my electrician, and he showed up right on time. I did my research and can confidently say the price was reasonable. I was impressed with how fast and smoothly he installed my new ceiling fan with a chandelier. The job got done in no time, and everything looks and works great. I'd definitely recommend them if you want quality electrical work without any hassle!

We had an electrical issue affecting a coupe of different areas in our house. I reached out to Mister Sparkey since they’ve done work for us before. They were able to send someone out the next morning which was great. Chris called before he arrived. I explained the issues we were having and he told me what he needed to do. He explained everything in deta including what the cost would be. He worked almost 4 hours but was able to fix the issue. Chris was very professional, personable and knowledgeable . It was a pleasure having him do the repairs. Misty Sparky has always provided great, prompt service whenever we have an electrical need. I will always reach out to them when we need service. They’re great to work with and hire top notch technicians.

Cam was punctual, courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. He initially explained to me what he would be performing during the maintenance inspection relayed to me the issues that were foun, provided several options to remedy the issues, then performed the requested work items for the generator. A very good and satisfactory service visit!

I made an appointment one day before and I got a call and text to let me know that Christian was on the way within time frame of the appointment. He was very detailed, looked at everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood all the technical issues. He was here over 4 hours to go over every room in house and 2 story detached garage and explained the quotes when done. The electrical system dates back to 1978 and no electrical updates had been done to it since then so that was clearly in need for a good look. The next day Phillip the electrician was here already to start the job with his helper and today was the 7th day for them so a lot of work was done. I can only say the best things about them. He replaced all outside panels, grounded and with surge protection, and all the outlets in house and garage building has been brought up to code, the outside outlets are completely replaced and one added, some new lights and light fixtures put in. Not one time did I feel pushed making any decisions during this process and they always made sure questions were answered and that I understood everything. I got a text every morning to let me know that they were on the way and each day they left with the work areas cleaned up. Phillip understood that I wanted to add some things and I never felt that it became too much. I found the company through a magazine that came in the mail with Mecklenburg County Best Pick Reports Quality Home Services Guide and I’m glad that I chose Mister Sparky’s company.
