I had a wire box in my ceiling that kind of exploded and the wires burnt inside. I called Mr Sparky and they came out in about 2 hours and fixed the problem immediately! The 2 technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me great peace of mind about being safe in my house! I would recommend them to anyone who has electrical issues!

I recently had the initial inspection and installation of a SPAN electrical panel completed, and overall the experience was excellent. The team, lead by Vicente, was professional from the start. During the initial inspection, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate my existing electrical setup, clearly explain what upgrades were needed, and answer all of my questions without rushing. I appreciated how transparent they were about the process, timeline, and what to expect with the SPAN system. The installation has gone smoothly and efficiently so far (will be completed today). The technicians were punctual, respectful of my home, they kept the work area clean and made sure everything was installed safely and up to code. Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and the upgrade. The SPAN panel is a great addition, and the installation team made the experience seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering this type of smart electrical upgrade.

We hired Mr. Sparky after we started experiencing an electrical issue that kept causing one of our outlets to trip. Zach came out to diagnose the problem, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism. He was patient, incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully inspect everything until he found the source of the issue. We truly appreciated how diligent he was and never felt rushed throughout the process. Because of the excellent experience we had, we also requested a quote for additional electrical work, and we’ll absolutely be using Mr. Sparky again for those projects. Zach is a fantastic technician, and Mr. Sparky is a company we would highly recommend. 10/10 experience, excellent service from start to finish!

Fantastic service! Incredibly helpful. These people took their time to make sure that not only was my house safe, but that I understood why things were done improperly and how to avoid that in the future if I were to choose my own handyman to do additional work. These guys went even as far to try and diagnose and troubleshoot issues that are totally unrelated to electrical such as my pump system for my pond. Five out of five service. I will absolutely be using them again.
