I had a wire box in my ceiling that kind of exploded and the wires burnt inside. I called Mr Sparky and they came out in about 2 hours and fixed the problem immediately! The 2 technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me great peace of mind about being safe in my house! I would recommend them to anyone who has electrical issues!
Mike Upton and Jaden did a great job installing a new GFI recept for our New Dishwasher. They removed the old Dishwasher that was hardwired in and installed the new GFI recept under our sink. I called Mister Sparky Electric at 1:30 the day our dishwasher was supposed to be installed when the installer informed us that he couldn't hardwire the new Dishwasher in because the building code required it to be plugged into a GFI recept instead. Mike and Jaden came at 9:15 and were all finished up by 10:45. Thank you Ronnie, Mike, and Jaden of Mister Sparky Electric for getting us taken care of so quickly and for doing a great job. Much appreciated.
Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job with the electrical work and also pointed out a few upgrades I may want to consider in the future, without being pushy about it. I appreciated his advice and would definitely recommend him.
We hired Mr. Sparky after we started experiencing an electrical issue that kept causing one of our outlets to trip. Zach came out to diagnose the problem, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism. He was patient, incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully inspect everything until he found the source of the issue. We truly appreciated how diligent he was and never felt rushed throughout the process. Because of the excellent experience we had, we also requested a quote for additional electrical work, and we’ll absolutely be using Mr. Sparky again for those projects. Electrician did a good job. However I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to 2 things: 1. High Prive of $500 for a very quick repair 2. Getting an invoice took a long time as well as waiting for the 3?year Warranty in writing- needed to contact office to get the invoice emailed.
