He replaced all of my electrical panels and upgraded the service coming into the house, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked safely, and delivered exactly what he promised. Called Mr. Sparky late yesterday afternoon and was immediately given a morning appointment for today. I had spent a lot of time & money on outdoor Christmas lights, and was so disappointed to find that just a few days before Christmas - & following the snow - none of them worked at all. The technician, Cory, arrived right on time, and couldn’t have been nicer nor more knowledgeable in explaining the situation to someone with absolutely no knowledge of electrical (me!). In no time at all, my issue was addresses, and next steps were identified & recommended.The helpful and immediate attention was well worth the very, VERY fair service fee. Definitely professionals in their field. I had Cory come out and do a routine inspection and he found things that I overlooked numerous times. He generated a report and was honest with me in regards to what I really needed to change and what can be left alone. Great guy, incredibly friendly and resourceful. I recommend this company 100%
Great experience using Mr. Sparky. First of all they answered their phone! Came out just a few hours after I called in. Communicated with me the entire time on when someone would be there and what time. On-Site both Steve and Eli did a fantastic job and were very thorough.
