Cory was very professional and knowledgable. He was conducting our annual inspection which was very thorough. After his inspection was complete, he made a few recommendations for upgrades. There was no pressure to make these upgrades. In fact, one we were glad he made involved surge protection. He gave us three quotes for three levels of work. Took the time to review each level.

Mister Sparky Electric definitely gets my vote For a great business experience. They were contracted to come out to California Apartments where I live and replace our electrical boxes. Honestly, I was afraid it was going to be a messy disaster. Prior apartment experience has left me fearful of when work has to be done. This group not only put all my fears to rest, their service man exceeded my expectations. Anthony was the gentleman here yesterday taking care of the everything. He was so courteous, thoughtful, professional, and respectful of my space. Can’t emphasize this enough! 5 stars for Anthony too 😁 Not only was he willing to put booties over his shoes to work inside, he and his colleagues set out tarps so my apartment and carpet would not get dirty. Although I didn’t know they were coming this particular day – he made it easy for me to adapt and do whatever I needed to do so he could still come in and get the work done. He promised when they were all finished, they’d vacuum and clean up….. When I returned to my apartment several hours later – I would barely have known they were here. Other than the new cover to the electrical box – nothing was out of place and you could tell the rug was vacuumed. It’s rare to have an experience where your space and your time are respected like this. If you’re thinking about doing business with these folks – just DO IT!
