Our AC went out during the recent heat wave, and we came home on a Sunday evening to a house that was over 90 degrees inside. Needless to say, we were stressed and pretty miserable. Sean came out after 8 PM on a Sunday, and honestly, you never would have known he was at the end of a long weekend. He showed up with a great attitude, was professional from the moment he arrived, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. What impressed me most was not only his technical knowledge, but also his customer service. He clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed through the explanation. Even though I was tired, hot, and frustrated from the situation, Sean was patient, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise and customer service that well. Most importantly, he fixed the issue incredibly quickly and got our AC running again when we needed it most. If I could give Sean a 10 out of 5, I would. Five stars for his technical skill and another five stars for his professionalism and customer service. Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him on the team. Mister Sparky was great, they came out and gave us an estimate for an electircal upgrade. We werent able to come to deal on the price, but Steven and Corey were great, they helped us navigate some other estimates we received. They made us feel like valued customers, and left the door open for future business. 10/10 would recommend!
Steven from Mr. Sparky Electrical did an outstanding job on my home. He replaced all of my electrical panels and upgraded the service coming into the house, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked safely, and delivered exactly what he promised. The workmanship is clean, up to code, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. Finding reliable tradesmen isn’t easy, and Steven made it stress-free. This was a superb experience from start to finish. We had a circuit breaker that kept tripping and would not stay on at all. Sean came out the day I called and was able to diagnose quite a few things going on with existing electric. He gave me a few options at different price points which I appreciated. Being that I did want to solve some of these things once and for all, I did go with the option that required the most work. Eli came the very next day and the entire repair/install went smoothly and only took a couple hours. Everything is working well now. Couldn't be happier with the expedited and professional service.
