"I called on Mr sparky today with an uncommon request of their services. I'm a licensed general contractor and needed one of my jobs to be inspected by a licensed master electrician in order to get clearance for Evergy to re-energize the home after a fire. The bottom line is that due to the bizarre circumstances I was running into dead end after dead end calling around trying to find a company that could assist me with my issue. I was able to get connected with Mike Hurley, the operations manager at Mr sparky. What a lifesaver! He was able to meet me on site within an hour to conduct a thorough electrical inspection, complete all the permits and other red tape involving the city and power should be restored here in the same day. It's hard to find companies that take the time to empathize with different specific circumstances people are dealing with and I'm absolutely blown away by his professionalism, expertise and knowledge, and coming out and delivering for me and such a timely fashion! Five stars really isn't enough!"
