I had a great experience with Northern Mister Sparky Electric. Brian was very thorough and personable in his initial consultation, and when he returned with Owen to do the updates/repairs, they were very quick and detail-oriented. Owen even fixed one of the issues without the need for the quoted price - saving me $100! Great job, gentlemen.
Brian did an amazing job going through the entire house. Educated my mom and I on soooo many things that we would have never thought about! Very thorough job on what had to absolutely be done right away to make our home SAFE! Words cannot express our appreciation! Jen and Sandy.
Andrew has worked at our house twice. In both cases, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard (12 hrs the second appointment) and was efficient. He worked well with two others, Owen and Steve. Andrew also was kind to me and answered all my questions with patience. I will be scheduling another for appointment with him shortly for installation of a bathroom light.
Brian Peterson, with Mr. Sparky was over the top knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly. He tracked down the electrical problem in the house within a short period of time. He took the time to explain the problem, how it would need to be fixed and the cost! Within 2 hours the electricity was back on, outlets and lights were working again and we were extremely happy and satisfied.
Brian was thorough and helpful. Brian gave me an estimate and we had to change how to proceed a few times without issue. I would recommend Brian to anyone in need. Quote is being sent to corporate, at this time we are waiting for final approval.
