John, is a very knowledgeable technician, he is reliable, informative and did an exceptional job changing all of my smoke detectors. He also advised me on the importance of having surge protectors around the home, garage door and Air Conditioner. I also had him install the surge protectors in all of the areas listed above. I am happy that I called Mister Sparky and John came to do the job. Thank you John for all of your advise.

Ben did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very polite and professional, discussed all aspects of the job with me, presented multiple options, a clear recommendation, and executed quickly and cleanly. The attached pictures show the before and after of one of the work items he performed: the pool electrical panel upgrade. This was a really old panel with a box that had been damaged by sun over time and that was literally falling apart. The entire setup was simplified, a surge protector was installed, and the old boxes removed. I'm really satisfied with the work done. I'd definitely hire Mister Sparky again.

Jamal was very professional punctual and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use Jamal and Mrs. Sparky for future electrical needs. it’s not easy hanging a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling, but he came through and got it done

It is definitely worth getting a quote from them. We had a couple electricians come out and Mister Sparky stood out. Their price reflects in their professionalism and service. Jason did the diagnosis. He was honest and upfront. He was also very thorough and he had valid evidence for his recommendations (other electricians did not). Lastly, he looped in all buying parties, my wife included, in the decision making. Other electricians did not or stated “can I talk to the man of the house”. Jonathan, who performed the service was very similar. Also, he was very efficient. Which tells me their customer service and professionalism is not just company owned , but employee owned. Couldn’t tell you the amount of times I ran into one employee that was great, but others made us feel not so great at same company. All I gotta say, if I owned an electrical company, I would be thrilled to have them as employees. Highly recommended.

Today I had Jason from Mister Sparky out to my home due to loss of power in in my bathroom. He was extremely knowledgeable, found the issues and brought other safety issues he found along his inspection to us in which we had no clue as to how outdated our electric in the home was. Thanks to Jason and Jonathan, we are having our electric system, switches, outlets, main indoor panel replaced with everything being brought up to current code and SAFETY!!! Would highly recommend Jason to anyone out there who is looking for a real professional with tons of knowledge. The price was great and definitely got my money worth including the warranties they provide.
