We can’t recommend Mitho from Mr. Sparky enough. He came out today to install a ceiling fan and was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing to my mother in a way that made her feel comfortable and informed. The price was half of what we were quoted from another company. He also looked over our electrical panel, made thoughtful recommendations, and expressed his concerns without overwhelming or pressuring her. That level of care and respect meant a lot to us. He removed the old fan and installed the new one flawlessly. His attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service received from Mr. Sparky. My appointment with Thomas was thorough and everything was explained in detail regarding what to expect. Carlos and his apprentice arrived on time and quickly began work. They both were personable and communicated clearly the tasks performed. Follow-up to the electrical work completed at my house today after my consultation with Thomas yesterday. Carlos and Hayden arrived promptly at 8:45 a.m. We started with a walkthrough of the three lighting and electrical issues I was experiencing, then headed to the electrical panel in the garage and the two A/C disconnect panels outside. Based on Thomas’s evaluation yesterday, surge protection was recommended for all three units. Carlos and Hayden were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent throughout the entire installation. Once the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the improvements that were made. From Thomas’s comprehensive evaluation and recommendations yesterday to the outstanding work completed this morning by Carlos and Hayden, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I’m glad I called Mister Sparky, established myself as a customer, met three outstanding technicians—Thomas, Carlos, and Hayden—and now have a plan in place to continue making my home safer and more efficient. Our service technician Thomas Hillman did an outstanding job. Showed him around what needed to be done was hoping to just do a simple repair and after he showed me the condition of our electrical panel with looked absolutely horrendous my husband and I decided to sign up for getting the electrical panel redone completely. They should be back tomorrow to upgrade our panel and get us set up. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service received today and intend to continue using Mr Thomas Hillman and his coworkers at Mr Sparky. UPDATE: Steve, Carlos, and Hayden came out the very next day and replaced the damaged breaker box, corrected the ground and added a whole house surge protector. That breaker box was so bad that the only reason our home hadn't gone up in flames is because the house is made of cinder block. We can now put our refrigerator in the kitchen where it belongs. All three men were efficient and professional. They had the job done perfectly in just a few hours. If you live in the Ft Meade area, we highly recommend this group of guys for any electrical work you need done. They are all spot on.
