This is a long overdue review as I got caught up with work but I want to acknowledge this technicians hard work. Trevor was an amazing help when it came to a serious electrical concern in my home. It was a complex problem and he was diligent in ensuring that he left us with an answer and a plan in place to fix the problem. He identified a fire hazard and made sure to disable it and advise us on how to move forward while helping us set reasonable expectations on the costs moving foward. He was thorough and professional and I hope to work with him in the future with these repairs. I can't thank him enough for his hard work.
