"I had an emergency issue that required me to call an electrician rather than someone I knew. So I decided to find an electric company online that I thought would come by after hours (about 6:30PM) and let me just say, thank you Lord for having me call Mr. Sparky first. From the moment I got Autumn on the phone to having Stephen Uresti come out to the chaos I was dealing with, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I lost half the power going to my house not realizing the extent of how bad the situation was and Stephen made me feel at ease with getting everything fixed. I had to replace my main panel box outside as well as my inside panel box which was all an absolute disaster. Stephen was very communicative with me and helped me navigate my way through such a terrifying time and needless to say a huge financial decision. (Which was 100000% worth it) Not only did I receive excellent customer service from him but the meticulous work him and the guys did was 5 star. Stephen made sure my house was safe in the end and I can’t forget Robert Stewart and Tommy who did such an amazing job getting my panel boxes in and the beautiful workmanship they performed. Mr. Sparky, Stephen and crew, has not only saved my family and home, but restored my faith in humanity that there really are companies that care about people not just their pocket books. I’m proud to say I had work done by Mr. Sparky and will always call them first and recommend to anyone needing electrical work done in and on their home. What a fantastic crew I received who took care of me in such stressful traumatic time. 10/10 would recommend."

"Mr. Buck came by and installed a light fixture/ceiling fan for me in my office. Before doing so, he checked both my inside and outside breaker and gave a thorough breakdown of the condition of each. He was honest and gave recommendations. Will definitely contact them again if other issues arise."

"Frank Ramirez was our first point of contact with Mister Sparky, and we absolutely trusted him. He is very knowledgeable, very personable and trustworthy! Katie, who works in the office always called ahead and afterwards to make sure everything went as planned and smoothly. She is an absolute delight! When I had some questions, she had their service manager, Josh, call me within the hour. Josh answered all my questions and further instilled my confidence in this amazing company! They are just all around wonderful people. Robert Stewart and his apprentice came today to begin our big project. They were so friendly and very knowledgeable! Robert explained everything to us and patiently answered all our questions! They worked all day in the heat and did an amazing job! Their joyful and positive attitude was welcomed in the world we live in today! We look forward to seeing them again! Thank you to everyone at Mister Sparky for your 360 Customer Service!"

"I was thrilled to get human response on long weekend last minute call BUT Mr.Sparky showed up by way of Buck who was so pleasant, calm and dignified and easily at ease. He heard the long tedium of my situation and began analyzing. Mine is an older house and has much needed to even meet code. Buck determined the strategy, explained it thoroughly and waited patiently as I processed my options. Next day sent out a crew who further discovered failings. Quite scary but worth the price. If you’re going to do it DO IT RIGHT! 10 stars"

"Kevin Lafferty did an amazing job running an electrical line to hard wire a security camera and light in my home. Kevin was not only very technically competent but he was very professional and personable. Easy to talk with and patient with questions. Kevin went out of his way to do an amazing job and ensure all of my questions and concerns were answered. He even took time to explain to me how things work and on a busy, hot Texas afternoon he didn't have to do this. I highly recommend Kevin and Mr Sparky!"
