Neighbors tree limb fell on power line coming into our house ripping service panel and everything off the house on a Sunday evening. Mister Sparky electrician (Tristan) promptly arrived, assessed the situation, diligently explained everything that would need to be done and answered all questions and concerns. We began using Mr. Sparky for our electrical needs several years ago. They never disappoint. Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a whole home generator install, and I was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. He was also so pleasant to work with that I ended up having him take care of some additional electrical work on the spot. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with great attention to detail. I contacted Mister Sparky to come out and give me a price on a few items that I needed done around the house. Dennis arrived and followed me around the house as I showed him my to-do list. Before long, I had an estimate and an appointment to get the work scheduled. On the day of the installation, Rodney Cossey, the technician showed up as scheduled and was eager to get started. He was very polite, courteous and took great care of cleaning up in all of the areas while working in and out of our house. Here are a few of the items Mister Sparky took care of: added an outlet in the ceiling and also an extra outlet in the wall of our enclosed back porch, replaced a recessed cam light and installed a timer switch for our front porch, replaced an exterior wall sconce light fixture above the garage door, replaced the dusk to dawn photo sensor for the front yard lamp post and also installed a whole house surge protector at the main breaker box. Needless to say, Rodney was a busy man. He is an excellent electrician and takes pride in his craft. I was empressed with Mister Sparky from the start. Both Dennis and Rodney are true assets to the business. I can guarantee if you invite them into your home for your next project or in the event of an untimely repair... these guys will respect your home from the time they arrive until the time they leave. From covering their shoes to vacuuming up any messes... these guys are amazing! You can go to sleep at night knowing the job was done right. I will be calling them back out to replace the ceiling fans in our living room and back porch, replacing the front porch hanging light and replacing the backyard floodlight. Mister Sparky's number is saved to my cellphone. The best electricians around!!!
