Ben and Brett did an amazing job of setting up our new panel, surge protectors, and new garage outlet. Ben has also previously rewired and put in a new breaker box/surge protection at my mother-in-law's house which had aluminum wire and fixed several issues she was having after a lightning strike. He courteously called before arriving with an ETA and was prompt and on time. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and informative with all questions concerning our electrical needs and presented multiple options at different price tiers, without pressuring - just highlighting differences and advantages. Both Ben and his apprentice Brett were very friendly and easygoing, they worked diligently most of the day and cleaned up everything spotlessly putting things back just as they were. Ben is our whole family's first choice for any electrical needs. Truly excellent service and professionalism.

Ron was terrific. he explained everything and made sure that i understood. i had some more questions and he came back to make sure everything was the way it should be i would recommend him to my friends he was very friendly and helpful he deserves a raise!

Andrew and Lauren fixed everything efficiently and they were polite and friendly. Super helpful! This was a service call: Ben Franklin had replumbed our house and installed a flood control switch but had not taken care of the electrical work. Andrew and Lauren completed the work.

I wanted lighting under the kitchen cabinets (cleaner blew the line dusting on top of the cabinets) Ronald Riggenbach with Jacob came over, figured out what I needed, ordered parts and came back to install. They also purchased the right wattage light bulbs and installed in Hallway as well as found a clip that had come out of a canister light in the bed pier system that was dangling down. Veteran discount, reasonable price, professional, fast, absolutely knew what they were doing. I had other electricians out that said the lighting I had was old (they're LED) and they couldn't replace and connect to the same switch, I needed to install a separate switch, etc. Ron is third generation Electrician and knew how to get it done. So happy to have my lights back! When it comes time to redo the upper cabinet lights, definately request Ronald Riggenbach. Definately recommend for superior work.
