Very pleased with this company and service. They had same-day service, great communication with the company and technician, and John arrived on time and was completely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue, worked to improve the current situation, offered insight and multiple options, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will use Mr. Sparky again without hesitation.

RJ was helpful and diligent. Good attitude and got our project done correctly. Required a second trip out but he tried everything he could to complete the job on his first trip out to us. He was patient and took his time to get it done right. Good communication about arrival timing as well.

Joey Chaplin, from Mister Sparky, came out today to service our wired smoke detectors and replace them. The communication was excellent and professional. He was on-time and very knowledgeable about what questions we had about the smoke detectors. He also checked our breaker box to make sure it was in good working order. Joey was very easy to work with and will definitely be asking for him again whenever we need Mister Sparky in the future.

Our service was excellent! John fixed everything we had concerns about. He changed a few outlets that were not replaced correctly based off our repair addendum when we bought our home. John took the time to explain the situation and made it easy to understand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, did great quality work. We'll use Mister Sparky in the future for any of our electrical needs.
