Philip did a fantastic job with the electrical bonding work we needed. He was very professional and clearly had a great understanding of what was going on. I would trust him to handle and other electrical issues we have.
Mario and Michael were great. Both were true, gentlemen, professional, and courteous. We had a ceiling fan installed in a two-story living room and replaced a couple of ceiling receptacles for the ceiling. I have nothing but great things to say about both of them and I hope they stay with the company for a long time Just be advised, the company will push for additional sales such as adding “pigtails” to every outlet in your house. In our case, this would’ve cost $9000, Even though our house is only 15 years old. This feels a little bit like a cash grab to me , and unfortunately, I could see older individuals being taken advantage of by this.
RJ was helpful and diligent. Good attitude and got our project done correctly. Required a second trip out but he tried everything he could to complete the job on his first trip out to us. He was patient and took his time to get it done right. Good communication about arrival timing as well.
Phillip was my service tech and drove out of his way to input a new outlet for us to have our deep freezer indoors. He was super helpful with explaining what would be done and way quicker than I expected. Will definitely be using Mister Sparky in the future for our needs.
