Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.
Fantastic service, and fast! I was having fan/lighting issues that stemmed from a pergola install I had years ago. I’ve had the pergola company out multiple times to fix the issue and every attempt was a fail. Alberto was able to diagnose the issue and get my outdoor area running perfectly. I highly recommend Mr Sparky, I will be definitely be using them for any/all future electrical projects.
Customer service lady was fantastic on phone Russell was excellent he first arrived at my House like John Wayne had cowboy hat went over everything at my outside electric panel top notch explained everything about codes and updating our system went over all warranties did a excellent job . Wanted some electrical work inside gave me an estimate checked over everything very experienced guy. He also looked over my 4 camera security system wanted installed outside also gave me estimate on inside work and 4 cameras installed. He again went over everything and I agreed to a Price for camera system installation he also talked to his boss Chris on phone he gave me great price Off on service and check our panel system smoke detectors clean out lint was excellent customer service by Sparky’s . He informed Mr Zach B would arrive to install my 4 camera System. Excellent service guy he and me worked together all 4 cameras working and he did an excellent job cleaned up went over everything. I’m very pleased with both your service technicians top notch . Did a thorough assessment of our electrical system and presented options to fix the problem. No pressure or hard sell. Technicians were punctual, respectful and stayed until the work was done to our satisfaction, (nearly 12 hrs one day) which included fixing some issues from another day's work. The lead electrician communicated with us between job days and made it clear we could text or call anytime with questions or concerns. Overall, very happy with this company.
