Great experience resolving a series of complex upgrades! My home is older and has had several additions over the decades and I had three breaker boxes consolidated into one that meets code. Smaller non related repairs were also included in this job. Brian (master electrician) and his assistant, Billy, came out to take on this huge transformation. I will say that Brian totally knows his stuff and at this point would not consider using anybody else. A larger company such as Mister Sparky actually can setup and complete jobs much faster than some of the local guys that may be great at what they do, but just don't have the resources to get these larger jobs done so quickly. Brian coordinated: pulling permits for the job, ensuring the power company was onsite (day of) to disconnect power from the street, have them return for reconnection, as well as the coordination of onsite county inspection to dovetail in a way that to me seemed seamless. Everyone was extremely professional ensuring proper protocol was followed to meet code. If you have an older home that was constructed in the 1950s - 1970s, please check to see if you have any Federal Pacific breaker boxes. Also do your own due diligence and you will see countless accounts of the dangers that exist due to breakers not flipping when electrical overloads do occur. Your house could burn down (based on my online research). All of this was done over the span of one and a half days (cold, windy, with rain); these guys just kept going at it regardless. I am more than pleased and can rest better knowing my older home is safer. I recommend using this group and I will be reaching out again for some smaller (nice to have) upgrades soon.

They were very patient at completing our request for several jobs in our home and not in a rush to get to the next job. So professional and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with Mr. Jerry Andrews for coming out today and discussing some solutions for electrical issues that I have been having. He was so polite and patiently explained everything so that my husband and I could understand the issue and what could be done about it. He is absolutely phenomenal. We called 3 people before calling Mister Sparky’s, and thank God that we finally stumbled upon them because Mr. Andrews was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly out of them all. We highly recommend Mister Sparky and even more high recommend Mr. Jerry Andrews.

Anthony came out and explained what he was going to do and did it . He made sure he spoke with simple terms to understand for the non-electrian on today's project and future ones. Price quotes are affordable for for all my future projects. I am glad I called Mr. Sparky for help. It was not a waste of time to learn about my next 3 future projects quotes and how affordable they are.
