Ok to be honest I wasn't looking forward to the cost of replacing the electrical. Then Aric showed up went through and then Elaine it all to us. So hurt the pocket book a bit. But I now have a his that had the electrical update to run all my equipment. Aric was professional and worked late into the night to make sure it was subs correctly. I added before and after picture to site guys work Thank you Aric you did an amazing job
Due to this last storm our power was out for an extended period of time. I called Aric M and he traveled an hour around midnight no complaints to help us out. He was efficient, and very knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes our power was back on and the price was very reasonable. He was very personable and enjoyable to be around and we appreciated how he talked us through what needed to be done and completed it quickly. Attached is a photo of the tree that completely took our line out.
Mr. Sparky has treated me very well. They responded over the weekend and a holiday weekend at that. They were honest, up front and provided me with several options. They were not pushy at all in regards to choosing what option I wanted to pursue. The service tech Josh S has been wonderful. Polite, hard working and cleaned up after himself including mopping my floor since he tracked mud in my house. Josh has taken the time to explain things to me as well as answer all my questions. I truly appreciate him and the hard work he has done. It was a big project and he handled it well. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.
