Circuit Breaker Installation

Beau was very professional and did a very thorough job assessing my project and diagnosing potential issues. I was notified via text that he was on his way and he arrived on time and went straight to work. He conducted his inspection and then walked through all of my options and gave me a very specific breakdown of what each would entail and cost. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to make a decision. I’m looking forward to seeing my project completed. Update: Edgar and Tanner showed up today to complete my project and went above and beyond to ensure everything was 100% to my satisfaction. They installed a new, 3-tier chandelier for my 20ft ceiling and even went the extra mile to make adjustments to the chandelier once it was installed. This was something they didn’t have to do, but offered to spend the extra time to make it right. There was also a piece missing and Tanner worked to fashion a piece that would work with the existing hardware. Once they were finished, I couldn’t tell they had even been there. Again, I highly recommend Mister Sparky and their crew of trained, knowledgeable, and courteous professionals.

What do you do when an improperly mounted chandelier suddenly falls from a 14 foot ceiling on a Saturday night, and dangles precariously by a wire? Call Mister Sparky! Dakota showed up to the house within a couple of hours. He was able to remove the chandelier that night, install a new smoke detector that was up high, answer questions, and inspect the fuse box. He also went into the attic to inspect two adjacent chandeliers and noticed that another was insuffiently mounted. He showed us pics and explained in detail why it was a problem. We decided to take the opportunity to replace all three lighting fixtures. Dakota made arrangements for the following day. Edgar called me at the scheduled time on Sunday. He arrived ready to work. He spent all day working and did a stellar job. Everyone at Mr Sparky was courteous, professional, and timely. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Jordan did a great job on the 70 point inspection for my house today. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that everything is in good shape. I have used Mister Sparky on quite a few occasions for any major electrical work that I need; for example, panel upgrade to 150 Amps and installing a new subpanel. Although their prices are higher than others, the confidence I have in the strength of their warranty and that they will still be around in 5 or 10 years if I need to call upon that Warranty is worth the extra cost for anything major or important. As one of their valued customers, they have always treated me exceptionally well and truly go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with their work. All of their technicians have been fantastic in every way. Jordan did an exceptionally good job today with explaining everything in my house to me thoroughly from a detailed electrical standpoint, even beyond my own knowledge, which is already fairly extensive. Thank you, Mister Sparky, and Jordan for continuing to provide me with peace of mind for one or the most important parts of my home!

Dakota was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything correctly and provided multiple options for repair including an option to finance the cost. Mister Sparky will likely not have the cheapest quote for services, but the quality of work and the quality of materials they use is well worth the cost. Pay a little extra and have it done right the first time.

Edgar was very professional, friendly and completed the work efficiently. The work requested was at least 20 feet to the ceiling, maybe 25. He did a fabulous job working at that height. We appreciated his help with our chirping smoke detector so we could finally have some peace and quiet and get some good sleep tonight.
