I had an inspection and consultation done today with Logan, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. After becoming increasingly frustrated trying to get quotes from other service providers, working with Logan was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to walk me through the entire process in a way that was straightforward, easy to understand, and completely transparent. What impressed me most was that he didn’t treat my project like a standard sales call. I came in with a long list of items that needed attention, and he was the only person who took the time to ask detailed questions about every single one of them. Logan listened carefully, made sure he understood my concerns, and explained the available options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Instead of pushing a particular service, he focused on helping me make an informed decision that fit my needs and budget. By the end of the consultation, I felt heard, respected, and far more confident about moving forward than I had with any other company I contacted. Great from the beginning. Would highly recommend Mister Sparky time and time again! Kailey with her messages keeping us updated , to Logan spending time with us explaining everything that we would be getting done. ( very professional). The electricians that came in. ( very knowledgeable and explained everything that they were doing. Hats off to Kalob , William and Adam. We were very impressed with the timely manner they got things done. Well done all ! Well I didn't get any service done because the price was ridiculously high, but they were in range of other electrician companies. I don't believe in overcharging people who clearly cannot afford it. You can tell by what they drive, where they live, & how expensive their house is. If they can afford nice things then they can pay these prices, but I think you should look at what I explained & give these people like a 40% reduction on labor in the estimate. Like if they show you that they are disabled, or on snap. They would have to provide proof. You know if someone is driving a 1998 truck, lives in a 800sf house, & have kids, or disabled probably don't have the money to spare unless you offer a 40% reduction on labor, but parts will have to remain the same then I bet you will get more jobs. You will get so many that it would be worth it. If they are renting yes charge the landlord the regular price. That is my opinion & I know you clearly will not see it as a possibility. Thank you p.s. the guy you sent here was the nicest person I have ever met. He was definitely customer oriented, since customer service is the lifeline of any good company that deals with the public on a daily routine.
