Birmingham Residential Fan Installation

Me and my family decided we better write a review for James Anders and his team at Mister Sparky Electric in Birmingham. An electrician friend of ours went out to one of our rentals a few days ago. He called me after the visit, said he was sorry, but that there was just no way he could take on that work order, that there was too much to fix. I couldn't fix it either, and since I was desperate, I asked around for recommendations. James was recommended, so we decided to let him have a look. In less than 24 hours, he went out, inspected everything, and gave us a detailed estimate with fantastic detail. We were relieved to have found someone willing to take on this migraine job so we took a chance and hired him. It turned out to be a FANTASTIC decision. I cannot believe how quickly he got everything fixed and what great shape it's in, and somehow he and his team got it done in one day! He also provided amazing detail and pictures in the invoice, and a warranty on the service. James, THANK YOU for the amazing work, and let me know if you ever get a training manual out that would teach me and my kids to run our business as incredibly well as you run yours! :)

We are very pleased with the work Douglas did while installing our ceiling fan. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also identified some other work that needed to be done around our house. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was professional and extremely patient in dealing with us. Mr. Anders exhibited a high degree of professionalism during his service visit at my home. Mr. Anders arrived on time and was neatly dressed. He quickly analyzed and solved the issue with the switches that control the garage lighting circuit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the circuitry involved in the issue and completed the repair quickly. I would be glad to call on him if the need arises.
