Our experience with Mr Sparky was 5 star from top to bottom. The people answering the phone were friendly and helpful. Garrett came out and was very thorough and personable. He explained everything in detail and we had total confidence in him. The installers (Eddy, Caleb, and Matthew) were so friendly and clean. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and going over the work at the end. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and would use them again in the future.
Nathan was incredibly talented and was very good in his role as an electrician!!! The job of installing my ceiling fan on a very high ceiling was no problem with him, he had all the tools to do the job the same day!!! He was the best!!
Other than a very short time between being notified that the tech was on his way and the time the tech was at my door (I’m pretty sure the notification was sent when the tech pulled up in the parking lot of my complex), everything was fantastic. Garrett was very friendly and professional, offered some very good advice, took care of my issue very quickly, and had a great attitude and personality the entire time. I didn’t have to put up with any malarkey, so I’ll definitely use Mr. Sparky in the future! 😂
