After a plumbing contractor cutting a wire and an unsafe “fix” done to the chord we called Mister Sparky to help assess and fix the issue. Philip arrived the next day and did a wonderful job installing new wiring to the outlets impacted by the accident. He took the extra step explaining additional issues that were done with electrical work in the house and demonstrated excellent technical knowledge. After a great experience we had scheduled for additional work to be completed. We are grateful for the time taken to explain the issues within our home and for ensuring safe professional electrical work. We are confident future work provided will continue to be exceptional.
