We were without power to half of our house for days. All other companies said it would take multiple days before they could even come to look at it. Mister Sparky was here within 15 hrs of me visting their website and requesting service. Daniel was here a little bit after the appointment time, but the company texted early to keep me updated. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes of arrival. He was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. Without hesitation, he quickly scheduled a technician to come fix the problem, and was on his way to diagnose someone else's problem. I was super impressed with his professionalism and efficient speediness. Justin showed up right on time, soon after Daniel left. He knew exactly what he was here to do. He was very respectful and friendly. He was very quick to get the work done, and done correctly. All in all, less than 24 hrs from my online request, they correctly and professionally completed the job that all other companies weren't even going to respond to for another whole week. I WILL be recommending them to anyone i know needing electrical services. I will also be requesting that my property management company contracts with them for all future electrical needs. There's literally zero reason why it should take a week to be able to get service for something that could escalate so quickly into something very tragic. Daniel and Justin were great! Very polite and friendly, personable and professional. I had no power at all, and it was very hot! - but they responded within the hour of my first call!! And had me completely up and running by dinnertime. I would be happy to schedule them again.
It's difficult to choose an electrician when you have a major crisis. I chose Mister Sparky's company due to reading reviews and here I am now writing one. First, I want to say how quick of a response I received and I did not pick emergency services. The damage was already done. Dan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the issues our 30+ year old house had. He was incredibly patient and VERY knowledgeable. After establishing what we could afford and what was a priority to be fixed, Dan already had technicians headed to our home. Alex and his crew came and had the lengthy task of fixing all of our electrical issues and every question we had along the way he was patient in explaining everything. He was here very late in the night and was back early in the morning to finish up. If you're looking for an electrical company, look no further and choose Dan and Alex for your electrical needs.
