We live outside of the area but they were more than accommodating. They came in and fixed my issue no problem. My living room power went off and wouldn't come back on. It was not fun. Lihai was our technician and he was super friendly, professional, and courteous. He was very fast. Both Chase and Scottie were very nice and hard working. Very polite and very informative about what they were working on and why it was necessary. Chase even instructed the delivery man when our new stove arrived and informed him how to attach the correct electrical plug. Both men were hard working and knew exactly what needed to be installed and repaired.
My 2nd service with Mr Sparky!! One year later. Jason came out today and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors and checked my electrical system. He did a great job explaining everything. Jason did a great job!! Once he arrived it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem. Turns out that one leg at the weather head had completely burned through and had disconnected. He replaced the connector and power was restored. Jason is very knowledgeable and should be considered an asset to Mr. Sparky !
