Logan is an excellent electrician who cares he pays attention to the details of the project he is a real go getter he’s what I call a person who works with their head down cause once he started on the project he didn’t put his head up until the job was done I would rate him a 5 star he was actually called out to me twice for the same thing unfortunately I get the worst results from the storms but I was blessed to have him on the team of Mister Sparky all the staff that I worked with are truly outstanding people
I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. When I called, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to get me scheduled for a service call the same day, which I really appreciated. The technician, Cody, was excellent. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He took his time going through everything and was very thorough with his inspection instead of just quickly looking over things and leaving. He explained what he found in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I also really appreciated that he gave me three different options for the house and explained the differences between them. I never felt pressured into choosing the most expensive option, which made the whole experience feel honest and straightforward. Cody did a great job and definitely represented the company well. Communication was easy from start to finish, and they were very professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone looking for a reliable and professional electrical company!
They arrived on time and completed my job with quality and professionalism. On the bonus was the full home electrical system inspection and assessment. No high-pressure upsell, but their awareness of my concerns and why was very informative. No, these guys aren't the cheapest. But the 5-year work warranty and additional liability coverages make me feel better. In my case, I wanted true professional work and a guarantee with on-time completion
Both Luke and Logan were highly professional. Each understood the task at hand. Logan resolved the problem following Luke’s assessment of my home electrical system.
Logan was very accommodating to my schedule and was very thorough in explaining everything that Mr. Sparky could do to help improve my electrical situation and install the outlet as needed for my sump pump! He gave me several options to choose from and I am super impressed with the once a year preventative maintenance walk through they will be accomplishing! Logan and Landon were here the next week and were very professional and didn’t take them anytime to get everything accomplished! We had a final Walk through of what they did and the work looked great! I would and will recommend Mr. Sparky to friends! Thank you for the wonderful service!
