Cody, Logan and crew were all very professional, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job from diagnosing the problem, explaining the suggested resolution to actually installing a new panel. I do think prices are on the high side but the service was very good, and timely. They arrived the next day after Cody responded to our emergency in the evening and completed the job in one day.
Caleb was amazing. He came out after hours to assess the situation, and he was back before 10 the next morning and did the job quickly and well. He explained everything very clearly gave an estimate and stuck to that estimate. We are very pleased.
I had a very professional, pleasant interaction with every aspect of interactive with Mister Sparky Omaha and Winston. The AI Voice attendant we valuable, not painful to talk to and get the work process started. The follow-up call from the manager to let me know Winston was on his way early was greatly appreciated. And, Winston was incredibly polite, did great work. I highly recommend Mister Sparky. Oh, and their Veterans' annual checkup plan was very nice bonus!
Ian did a great job reviewing what we wanted done, explained everything and how he would repair it. He is very personable, professional and knows the business well. He checked out the efficiency of the house and gave a detailed review of items that may need repaired and preventive measures to make house the safest. Due to time restrictions that day and scheduling issues the next, an installer was scheduled for the next day. Logan, and a co worker came on time to repair what was discussed with Ian and install the preventive items. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional and answered our questions professionally. They worked efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely will welcome these three back.
Winston did a great job and the price was fair! He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to which makes installation a breeze. I'd definitely recommend him if you need to upgrade your electrical!
