Cody, Logan and crew were all very professional, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job from diagnosing the problem, explaining the suggested resolution to actually installing a new panel. I do think prices are on the high side but the service was very good, and timely. They arrived the next day after Cody responded to our emergency in the evening and completed the job in one day.
They were very helpful and worked very hard at fixing my problem. We had an emergency repair that was diagnosed on Tuesday. The gentleman who came out to quote us recognized it and took immediate action in getting us scheduled for the next day which was already packed with jobs. They were trying to get to us as early as possible but they got to me at around 3:30 pm. Like I said, they were very busy. My wife and I had to be somewhere that evening. We had no problems with leaving our home in the capable hands of Alejandro and William. Completely trustworthy. Two professional men who are friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. They improved the design to make sure this won’t happen again. They got there at 3:30 and eventually wrapped up close to 10 pm, the time when my wife and I returned. The company as a whole is a very good company to do business with and I look forward to continued business dealings in the future as the need arises.
Caleb was amazing. He came out after hours to assess the situation, and he was back before 10 the next morning and did the job quickly and well. He explained everything very clearly gave an estimate and stuck to that estimate. We are very pleased.
Cody and Jake did a great job. Actually they did a superior customer satisfaction project. Started from first contact, next to an in home electrical lsafety inspection of breaker box and each circuits. Found some components that did need replacing. Provided us options to consider and installed ceiling as quoted. Mister Sparky will be our go too electrical company going forward.
