I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too.
