I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. Luke Williams did a great job removing two chandeliers! One was in the hallway, the other in the dining room. I'm not sure how long the chandeliers were there, but Luke was incredible in conversations with removal problems. Luke installed the new light fixtures very efficiently and the new fixtures look and work great! We will definitely request Luke Williams for electrical projects in the future!
Luke was very knowledgeable and explained it all to me and even when he had to explain it to me more than one time he helped me thru it all. Luke is going to give me a couple of months to get my money in shape again before I can do ANYTHING. I apologize for not being able to do anything right now but my ""income"" is VERY limited and have several big bills to get out from under yet. It will not bother to use my bathroom using a flashlight until I can pay to get that light fixed. Thank you very much.
Bradley came to our home due to some electrical issues caused by a tree falling on our home.
