We had a downstairs bathroom that mysteriously lost all power. Every other light and outlet in the basement worked - except the bathroom! After doing some basic troubleshooting (the light bulbs were fine) I called Mister Sparky. Robert came out and patiently and diligently inspected the outlets in the bathroom as well as the electrical panel. "Hmmm...This is throwing me for a loop," he said. I was beginning to lose hope. I imagined the worst case scenario: The mess and cost of walls being dismantled to find a defective wire. Yet, Robert persevered. It would turn out that he "nose" what he's doing. "Do you smell that?" he asked. Of course, I did not. He then opened up a wall outlet near the bathroom and discovered two loose wires that were fried and had burned another plastic wire cap. He had found the problem! Robert not only brought light back to our bathroom, he saved our house from a potentially catastrophic electrical fire. Thank you Robert and Mr. Sparky for your professionalism and skill. I won't hesitate to contact you again for any electrical issue in our home!

BLUF--VERY satisfied with the service and the price! Was the second time we've used Mr. Sparky with excellent results. We had too many high usage appliances (air fryer biggest culprit) that were tripping the breaker. The owner is the one actually answering the phones, and when I explained what was happening, he was able to send Micah right away even though I didn't have an appointment, which was exceptional customer service! Micah and the crew diagnosed the issue, gave a several options with several price points, and actually fixed it immediately, even staying late on a Friday to make sure it was finished.
